Q: What if I would like to provide a PO and payment method using an alternative to a credit card?
Our sales and distribution teams frequently work with customers directly to create product packages that meet individual needs. Those teams can provide more customized quoting than what is reflected within our shopping cart. Our payment terms can be found here. Please contact us and one of our knowledgeable sales team members will work with you for more individualized purchasing options.

Q: Can you provide more information with regards to the 3% processing fee for credit card purchases over $3000?
For larger sum purchases, we can provide alternative payment methods and terms for approved qualifying customers and purchasing entities. Please contact us and one of our knowledgeable sales team members will work with you on alternative payment options.

Q: If I select the Money Order radio button and submit an order will my order be automatically processed?
Unfortunately no. By selecting the Money Order option and submitting an order through the shopping cart your items will be queued up in our system. However, we must receive payment or a PO with approved terms before we can completely process, fulfill and ship an order as outlined in our payment terms located here. Once payment is completed, products will be shipped according to their shipping instructions and terms of sale found here.

Q: Why is overnight shipping the only option available for certain products?
Many of our products are biologics that have defined storage and temperature requirements and have to be handled accordingly. Overnight shipping in this instance is imperative. We are happy to work with customers interested in shipping products in the most efficient means possible. Please contact us and one of our knowledgeable sales team members will promptly respond.

Q: Do you ship products internationally?
Yes, we frequently sell and ship to countries across the globe. Please contact us for quoting and international support.

For customers in Western Europe, our distribution partner, I&L Biosystems and it's subsidiaries, provides training and support, technical service and product shipments to local customers. Please complete this form if you have interest in InDevR products and our partner, I&L Biosystems, will follow up promptly.

Q: Do you have a distributor or importation partner in countries outside of the US and Western Europe?
We do not have exclusive distribution partners in other geographies but we do have entities that can assist with importation. If you have a preferred partner, we will consider working with your preferred entity. Please contact us and one of our knowledgeable sales team members will work with you on options.
