Q: I am interested in VaxArray Influenza but would like to see how it works before I purchase. Can I request a demo of the system?
Our VaxArray system is the most innovative influenza potency platform on the market. InDevR has established a VaxArray Service Program whereby we test customer samples on the VaxArray systems in our Boulder, CO laboratory. This process creates a low risk option for customers interested in analyzing initial results provided by VaxArray or as a recurring service provided by our expert scientific team. Please contact us
and one of our knowledgeable sales team members can share information on this specialized program. For our European customers interested in VaxArray testing services, I&L Biosystems, our premier distribution partner, can assist customers with this service as well. Please complete this form
and a member of I&L's team will be in contact promptly.
Q: I am interested in pandemic applications. Will the VaxArray Influenza Seasonal HA Assay work for pandemic vaccines?
Unfortunately the seasonal chip has been optimized to work with only seasonal, non-pandemic vaccines. However, we are actively developing a pandemic influenza assay for VaxArray platform in order to meet this need. Other assays are also in development including one to measure seasonal and pandemic neuraminidase.
